We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. We do not operate an exchange service, but as long as the product has not been used or engraved, we will process a full refund once the return has been received at our warehouse.
Please note that it can take up to 14 working days for returns to be processed from the date we receive them. The cost of return will need to be covered by the customer as we do not offer free returns. Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition. For example, please do not affix any stickers to the packaging and ensure that all labels and packaging are present and intact.
Contact customer services and we will email you a return address sticker. W10 cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.
If your W10- drinkware is faulty or arrives damaged, we do not expect you to return it.
All orders are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months after purchase and we recommend contacting our customer service team as soon after delivery as possible to resolve any issues.
