Customer satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. All W10 / Costa products are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after purchase.
Please note: We require a proof of purchase for any returns requested.
Returns Process :
Unused Products - If the product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us at our warehouse. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer. Please allow 10 days from receipt of the parcel to receive your refund. Your returns slip has been sent on the email with your sales confirmation.
Defective Products - Should you feel that your product has a manufacturing defect, please send a photo of your item, headed with your order number, along with an explanation of the problem to contactus@W10.world. We will then come back to you within 2 business days as to what to do next.
Damaged in transit - Should you feel that your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 working days of your product receipt by sending a photo of your item with reference to your order number to contactus@W10.world. We will then come back to you within 2 business days and confirm that a replacement has been sent out to you.
